Fat Dads Club gives you a perfect opportunity to get a workout and spend time with your children every Sunday at 11am just before having that Sunday roast. Bring the whole family. We guarantee you a full body workout and guaranteed sweat! You will burn between 600-1000 calories in one class. Not only does it build your strength and tone lower/upper body and core but it also gets your heart rate pumping. Our qualified boxing coaches will teach you the basics of boxing technique to ensure you hit those bags correctly.

Cancellation Policy

Personal training, full amount due if less than 12 hours' notice given. 50% due for 12-24 hours' notice. No charge/full refund if cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance.
