Have fun and challenge yourself during our intense cardiovascular class which gives you an incredible full body workout whilst using your core at all times. This 60 min class will not only get your heart pumping but also build a stronger and leaner body – on average you can burn between 500-1000 calories per class. You get taught the basics of boxing techniques. Box Fit classes can help you: - Shred unwanted weight by boosting your metabolic rate - Tone your body - Build a strong core with the aim to prevent common running injuries. It can also prevent back pain if you are stuck behind a desk or have young children. - Build power, agility, and speed for team sports such as football, rugby etc. - Build up your energy and strength to cope with busy lifestyle to run after your kids!
